Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 (8-oz each) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon brandy extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream, whipped
Maraschino cherries with stems

Maraschino cherries with stems
- Combine 1/3 cup sugar with crumbs and butter; blend well. Press into 10 (5 oz. custard cups to within ¼-inch of top, using the back of spoon.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in 2/3 cup sugar. Add 1/3 cup heavy cream, flour and seasonings. Beat until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
- Spoon filling into graham shells; place on baking sheet. Bake at 325˚F for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool completely. Loosen edges with spatula; chill until serving time.
- Remove from custard cups. If you wish, you may garnish with whipped cream before putting on cherries. Makes 10 servings.
