YIELD: 1 loaf
2 cups sourdough starter
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon unrefined oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons soy flour
3 to 4 cups whole flour
Feed the starter the night before. Mix all ingredients together except the flours. Mix dry ingredients and gradually beat into the batter. Beat for about 5 minutes. Place batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Allow to rise until batter is just over rim of pan. Bake for at least 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
