2 cups cracked wheat cereal
1 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup chopped onions.
2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 to 1 cup lemon juice
1/2 to 1 cup unrefined safflower oil salt and pepper to taste
Soak the cracked wheat in 1 cup warm water for about an hour.
Add all the ingredients and toss together.
Chill prior to serving.
