1-1/2 cups bulghur-soy grits
1 /2 teaspoon sea salt
4 cups boiling water
1 /2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Stir grits and salt into water. Bring down heat, cover, and
simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until almost tender. Add other ingredients and
simmer a couple of more minutes. Add chopped dried apples with other
ingredients if you want. Top with a bit of honey.
