Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup cooking wine
3 Tbps sugar
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
20 chicken wings
- Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over wings.
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Bake at 325 F for 1 1/4 hour.
