1 cup strained corn or corn puree
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/3 cups water
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
Salt to taste
• Heat strained corn or corn puree in saucepan of water.
• In a separate bowl, make white sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk
• Blend all together and simmer for five minutes.
• Serve hot
